Terms & Conditions

Please take some time to review the terms and conditions below; any order will be strictly in accordance with the terms below.

  

1. CONTACTING US

 

1.1 For any general enquiries or anything relating to your order, please email us using the contact form on our website or at hello@hamaka.co.uk. We will endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

 

2. ORDERING

 

2.1 Please ensure you double check that you have ordered the correct product and quantity at the check out.

 

2.2 Adding an item to the basket does not reserve the item and this may subsequently be sold to another customer.

 

2.3 HAMAKA Ltd will not be able to amend orders once dispatched.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 All online payments must be transacted through our website.

3.2 Prices are final upon payment checkout. In the event the product is subsequently available on sale, refunds will strictly not be allowed for the price difference.

3.3 All orders will receive a confirmation email upon completion. Please allow up to 30minutes for this to be received and don’t forget to check your junk mail.

3.4 HAMAKA Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).

3.5 No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.

4. DELIVERY

4.1 Standard delivery and dispatch days are Monday to Friday (not including Public Holidays), unless an express delivery option is chosen and/or available for Saturday delivery.

4.2 Delivery is free for all of our Hammocks bought on our website. Delivery will be through a courier service. 

4.3 You can track your order with the tracking number, which will be emailed to you on dispatch.

4.4 HAMAKA Ltd accepts no responsibility for orders that provide an incomplete/incorrect delivery address. This may result in delivery being delayed, lost or returned to HAMAKA Ltd. In the event an order is returned to HAMAKA Ltd by our selected courier, the cost of re-delivery will be incurred to the customer before dispatch, at the same rate as on the original order.

4.5 Providing your order is in stock, it will take us up to three working days to process and dispatch your product after receiving your payment in full. During peak periods, we will advise if this is likely to be delayed.

4.6 In the event your order is out of stock at the time of ordering or in the unfortunate circumstance were your order is not in stock after order placement, HAMAKA Ltd will advise on the expected delivery timescales and offer a refund if accurate delivery timescales were not advised at the time of order placement.

5. WARRANTY

 

5.1 HAMAKA Ltd offers a one-year warranty from date of dispatch on all orders.

5.2 Warranty covers:

Technical damages caused by manufacturer include but are not restricted to:

  • Bent/broken hammock frame

  • Faulty hammock hook on frame

  • Broken/torn hammock netting/wooden bar

5.3 Warranty does not cover:

  • Hammock frame damage due to general usage (scratches and rusting) and damage due to loading more than 150kg onto the hammock

  • Hammock net due to general usage (tears, dirt) and damage due to loading more than 150kg onto the hammock (broken wooden bar)

  • Hammock bag due to general usage (broken zip due to uneven packing, damage/tears in the bag)

  • Accidental damage and normal wear and tear including exposure to water, temperature and other elements.

  • Damages due to erecting hammock frame at uneven levels on each side

  • Any general imperfections that are visible but do not result in the mechanical use of this product being compromised.

6. EXCHANGES

6.1 Please retain your order confirmation for any exchanges.

6.2 All exchange requests must be declared by contacting us by email or phone to confirm the details of your exchange.

6.3 The customer will be liable for the return and re-dispatch delivery costs.

6.4 Exchanges will only be accepted for items returned in its original condition.

7. REFUNDS

 

7.1 Please retain your order confirmation for any returns.

7.2 Returns will be accepted within 28days of receiving the item(s).

7.3 The customer will be liable for any return delivery and packaging costs.

7.4 Refunds will only be accepted for items returned in its original condition and with the prior agreement of HAMAKA Ltd.
